Terminology applied in the study of user information when aimed at visually impaired people

Society comprises unique individuals; this is a human condition. Individuals think differently, act and feel with varying intensities; all because beings live make sense of the world in their own ways. Despite these differences, some terminologies help expression communication. From perspective, article aims to present terminology for visually impaired people study information users, based on literature science related areas. This qualitative that uses bibliographic method, associating conceptual aspects relevant topic. The shows terms concepts should be defined users disabilities, user studies focused people's individuality consider experiences, needs, expectations, thus paving way holistic perspective.
